Some musings on Power and its problems

I found this quote from Tony Benn many years ago, and I have held it to be true of any one holding a position of Power or authority.

"Five questions Benn insists should be asked of any powerful person: "What power have you got? Where did you get it from? In whose interests do you use it? To whom are you accountable? How do we get rid of you?"

This just came to me this evening at a meeting....... still so true
